OK, so I’m a thinker, but enough is enough

thinkingblogger2ql6.jpgI think I think therefore I think I am. Rather, several other people think I think: I’ve been nominated no less than 4 times for the Thinking Blogger Award – first by Ian Hocking, then by Lisa Paitz Spindler, a third time by J. P. Walter and, last but not least, by Snail.

The Thinking Blogger Award started at the Thinking Blog a couple of months ago. The rules for participating in this are simple: (1) If, and only if, you get tagged, write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think; (2) Link to this post so that people can easily find the exact origin of the meme; and (3) Optional: Proudly display the ‘Thinking Blogger Award’ with a link to the post that you wrote (here is an alternative silver version if gold doesn’t fit your blog).

I’m flattered to be have been nominated for this prestigious award, but this is the end for me and these meme things, because they’re starting to get a little out of control: I haven’t got a clue what this one is all about, so I’m not going to take part. I’ve decided to go out with a bang: because I’ve been nominated four times, I’m going to nominate 20 blogs. I may be breaking the rules here, but aren’t rules for people who can’t think for themselves?
